It also gives examples of what each of these meals might look like and I’ll admit, some of these made me a little nauseous just thinking about them.
So… possible? Yes. Enjoyable? Maybe not so much.
My first reaction to this was, “Man he’s lucky he gets to eat 10,000 calories.”
Then, I thought about it some more and I was like, “Shit he HAS to eat 10,000 calories.”
Eating a ton of calories for sports probably isn’t as enjoyable as it seems. In fact, I’m sure elite athletes just view it as a necessary component of training, not fun.
While most normal people who struggle to lose weight wish their energy requirement was higher, these guys probably wish theirs was much lower.
